What PaceMatrix does

PaceMatrix is focused on structured run training. The app helps athletes describe the run they want, converts that into a workout with pacing segments, and surfaces the result in a format that is easy to execute and review.

  • Create workouts from plain language Users can describe an interval workout or race-prep session in everyday language and PaceMatrix turns it into a structured running workout.
  • Run with clear targets PaceMatrix breaks the workout into segments so runners can see the intended pace, distance, and timing for each part of the session.
  • Review actual performance After the run, the app helps users compare actual pacing to the workout target and understand how each interval or segment went.

Planned Strava integration

PaceMatrix is applying for Strava API access to support an optional share flow for users who want to publish PaceMatrix workout results to their own Strava account.

  • User initiated Any Strava connection or share action will require the user to explicitly authorize the app and choose to share.
  • Single-purpose use The intended integration is for workout-related sharing, not for operating a public social feed, bulk aggregation service, or unrelated analytics product.
  • User control and support Users can review PaceMatrix policies, request data removal, and contact support through the links on this site.
